Join CEB Iconoculture on March 12 as we present Big Ideas 2013, our annual look ahead at the key trends driving consumer behavior in the coming year. Kara McGuire will explore the key shifts taking place in consumer motivators and behaviors, highlight the trends that will have the most impact on the consumer landscape in 2013 and help you understand the implications for brands that are striving to develop compelling marketing messages.

Kara McGuire

Steve Swanson Kara joined CEB Iconoculture at the beginning of 2012, keeping tabs on trends impacting money and spending. She helps financial services clients overcome the trust gap and the gulf between what consumers want from their banks and what they’re getting. She uses her journalism background to help nonfinancial services clients understand the world of financial services in plain English. Kara helps clients understand blue-color consumers and the often overlooked and misunderstood powerhouse group of low-income consumers. Other areas of expertise include what’s in consumer’s wallets, investing and insurance, kids and money, and loyalty programs – to name a few.
